All-American Pressure Cooker The All American Canner can hold ten pint size or seven quart size jars. This device has no gaskets, instead relying on a metal to metal system for sealing. An overpressure plug and a safety control valve give you two automatic venting features for extra safety.

This item includes a geared steam gauge and a weighted pressure regulator with settings of five, ten and fifteen PSI. Positive action clamping locks (screws and wing nuts) secure the cover to the base. The hand cast aluminum has a satin finish. The heavy duty aluminum provides heat quickly and evenly.
