The riveted (noncorrosive rivet) handles are strong, grooved along the top and wide for comfort and lifting. They stay cool for stovetop cooking while remaining safe for oven use. Three bonded layers of aluminum at the core are covered in highly polished stainless steel for the cooking surface and magnetic stainless steel for the exterior. This allows heat retention and even distribution not just along the bottom, but into the sides of the pan.

The stainless interior is stick resistant. Higher heats are not necessary or recommended with these pans (to avoid discoloration). The stainless steel lid will help seal in flavor and moisture as you cook. This pan can go from the stovetop to the oven to finish a dish and looks nice on display.

The four quart skillet is three and a quarter inches deep and the stainless steel cooking surface won't react with food. It's dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended.
