All-Clad Master Chef 2 Kitchen Skillet All-Clad pans contain a thick aluminum core which extends into the sides for maximum heat distribution and even cooking all across the interior of the pan. The handles are stainless steel and riveted in place for strength. They're also grooved on the top and rounded at the bottom for comfort in handling. They have a hole for peg or hooked stands. The handle remains cool to the touch while cooking, but can withstand the heat of the oven.

The interior is highly polished so that it provides corrosion and stick resistance. Three ply construction of the pan includes an 18/10 stainless steel interior which is wrapped around the aluminum core. Not recommended for the dishwasher, soap and water cleanup is made easy by the interior, which will not react with foods. This skillet can go into the oven or under the broiler.

Good for smaller household or professional cooking chores, the little eight inch pan can cook a side dish or meal for one, or prepare components for a larger menu. Also a nice size for a single person or single serving items like a burger, small sandwich, or a couple of eggs.
