In just a couple of weeks, the annual White House Correspondents' Association dinner and after-party will be held in Washington, D.C. This is an event where the "who's who" of Hollywood A-listers get to mix and mingle with the press, national elected officials, global dignitaries, and members of royal families. And celebrity chef Bobby Flay is likely thanking his lucky stars, because he's co-hosting the Capitol File Magazine after-party along with CNN correspondent Wolf Blitzer, Niche Media CEO Jason Binn, and Capitol File editor-in-chief Sarah Schaffer.
The schedule of events during this self-described "party of the year" features comedic monologues by both President Obama and Jay Leno, music mixed by Hollywood's DJ Cassidy, and the first release of Nancy Pelosi's extensive interview in Capitol File Magazine's May/June issue. Celebrities already pegged to attend include Alec Baldwin, Jon Bon Jovi, Steven Spielberg, Mary J. Blige, Scarlett Johansson, and Jeremy Piven. That's just a sampling of the many, many famous faces anticipated to attend.
Jason Binn's Capitol File after-party will be held at the Mayflower Renaissance Washington, D.C. Hotel on Saturday, May 1 at 10 p.m.
