Calphalon Contemporary Omelet Combo Set

This Calphalon set includes one 10 inch and one 12 inch omelet pan. The pans are made of hard anodized aluminum exteriors with nonstick interiors and brushed stainless steel handles which stay cool during use. The sides of the pans are sloped to enable you to slide foods out more easily.

The pans are oven safe to 450 degrees. The interior surface offers great ease of cleaning. The pan set comes with a lifetime warranty.

These are a great mid range pair of Calphalon nonstick pans. They may not be as heavy as the top of the line model, but you trade a little construction for the affordability factor. That said, I don't mean to take anything away from their performance, which seems to be outstanding, with very few complaints or issues of concern. The generous warranty really gives me confidence in their durability.

The combination of these two pans cooks almost any dish, any meal I can think to throw at them. They are called omelet pans, but are definitely not limited to eggs. They are great for any fried or seared items, any food you need to brown. The surface cleans up as quickly and easily as you'd expect from a nonstick. They would make a very good introduction to the Calphalon brand.
