This week, the Bon Appetit Supper Club and Cafe in New York City's Midtown is featuring a week-long lunch series with celebrity chefs galore. It's sponsored by Bon Appetit magazine, and is a fitting choice for a gourmet lunch experience.
Locals from Red Hook's Baked bakery will provide some of the fare, as well as Daniel Boulud, Rick Bayless, and Emeril Lagasse. Each chef will be making their meals live at the event for all to see, making sure everything tastes as fresh as it should. And considering the theme for this week's event is "Grown In Manhattan," you can't really get any fresher than that!
Guests can satisfy their appetites on red snapper with black bean-prosciutto refrito, mint, fig and chianti glazed lamb, or even chocolate-covered toffee with pumpkin seeds and sea salt.
You can find out the full lineup of chefs and events via the Bon Appetit Supper Club and Cafe's official website, or you can keep up with the action on Twitter.
