The best way I can think of to describe this dessert is that it's going to remind you of eating Rice Krispies treats, and yet, it's completely different. The honey & cinnamon-raisin flavors take care of that. They store best when you keep them in your fridge, sealed in an air-tight container.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 Tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cup crispy rice cereal
Directions:
Place waxed paper at the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix the cinnamon, powdered sugar, honey, and peanut butter in a large mixing bowl. Stir in raisins and rice cereal. Mold into 1-inch balls and place on the waxed paper. Chill for 1 hour, and serve after chilling.
