Cuisinart Convection Toaster Oven

The unit measures 17 1/2 x 13 1/2 x 9 1/2 inches and offers 1/2 cubic foot interior capacity. That means you can toast up to six slices of bread at once.

The convection option uses a fan to circulate heat for even temperatures and moist results, which is perfect for roasting meats and baking cakes. And the broiler function is great for broiling steaks and fish or for browning the tops of casseroles. And if you don't have a flame torch to crystalize the sugar on your creme brulee, then you can use the broiler for this purpose, too. So many possibilities. I love it.

The unit comes with a broiling pan, drip tray, slide-out crumb tray, and cord storage. It also carries a 3-year limited warranty against defects.

The Cuisinart TOB-175BC also has several handy features including a dual position oven rack, a "temp ready" indicator, and automatic shutoff after 4 hours. A detailed instruction/recipe booklet is also included.
