The Green Gourmet set includes a water based Ceramica nonstick surface which won't peel and is free of petroleum, PTFE and PFOA. The hard anodized aluminum exteriors are scratch resistant nonstick ceramic based surface. The pans are safe for the oven and broiler, up to 500 degrees, but should be hand washed. They come with a limited lifetime warranty.

The set includes an eight inch skillet, a ten inch deep frying pan with lid, a one and a half quart saucepan and lid, a two and a half quart saucepan with lid, a three quart everyday pan and lid, a six quart Dutch oven with lid, and a steamer insert.

The construction of the pans requires less heat for cooking and they can go from stovetop to oven.
