You don't even need an oven to enjoy this peanut butter fudge; you just a stovetop and a fridge. It's as easy as boil, chill, serve!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup creamy or crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 3 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
Directions:
Over medium heat, melt butter in a medium saucepan. Stir in the milk and the brown sugar and bring the mixture to a boil. Continue to boil for 2 minutes while stirring frequently then remove promptly from heat. Stir in the vanilla and the peanut butter. Pour the mixture over the confectioners' sugar and beat until mixture is smooth. Pour fudge into an 8 x 8 dish and chill in the refrigerator until the fudge is firm. Cut into squares and enjoy.
