Fisher & Paykel Double Wall Oven

Stainless Steel Self Cleaning WOT-230

Fisher & Paykel Double Wall Oven Growing up, a double wall oven is something I always associated with The Brady Bunch. As an adult, I can clearly see all of the many great reasons to own one -- well, two. If you need to make a large meal or even two dishes under separate conditions and temperatures, they are a Godsend. Also, if you want to create two very differently flavored dishes where one may overpower the other, two ovens give you that capacity. Two ovens mean room to bake the entire batch of cookies at one time.

Ovens in this class are loaded with essentials and extras. The oven pair is set up to be friendly for the Sabbath and holidays. They are also built to make cleaning and smoke-free cooking easier with a porcelain interior, self-cleaning features, and hidden baking and convection elements. Hidden elements mean more space and more even heating. Cooking times can be programmed in; at the end of the cycle, a chime alerts and then reminds you the food is ready. A removable food probe plugs right in to the front of the oven to check meats. The racks can be set in six positions for the right amount of heat. These ovens compete on the level of a good quality commercial oven, far outclassing regular household versions.

If you like the dual feature, Fisher & Paykel use the same concept with their DishDrawer dishwasher.
