Frozen Yogurt Pineapple Pops Recipe

Picture this scenario:

The day of your garage sale has arrived. It's warm. But it's only 7 in the morning, and it won't be long before you're sitting outside in blistering 98-degree weather. So while you're getting all the last-minute items priced and ready to go, you call inside to the kids, "Hey, can one of you guys make up some Frozen Yogurt Pineapple Pops for later?" Problem solved.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low-fat yogurt with fruit
  • 6 oz. thawed orange juice concentrate
  • 8 oz. crushed pineapple

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl, and pour into 4 individual paper cups. Put in the freezer for about 1 hour, or until slushy. Place one popsicle stick in center of each cup, and freeze for an additional 3-4 hours or until hard.
