Maxam Waterless Cookware Set

The Maxam set includes a 1.7 quart saucepan and lid, 2.5 quart saucepan and lid, 3.2 quart saucepan and lid, 7.5 quart roaster and lid, an 11.4 inch skillet, and a double boiler (with a base than can double as an extra 3 quart pan), five egg cups, a five hole utility rack, and a high domed cover with a capsule bottom which can be used as a frying pan with the roaster or skillet.

These pans eliminate the need to cook with oil, so you can save calories in your dishes. You never need to use higher heat with these pans (nor should you). Begin your dishes on medium heat and listen for the steam control valve to make its whistling sound. Then turn the heat to low, shut the valve, and allow your dishes to complete cooking.

Because these pieces are created with five ply construction, they can be stacked for cooking. To do this, start the pans individually. When the valve sounds, you are ready to stack and allow the cooking to finish. The handles resist both heat and cold. The pans are created from five ply 304 surgical stainless steel and guaranteed to last a lifetime.
