Next week on Saturday, November 7, The Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City will once again be hosting "Savor Borgata: An Evening with Borgata Chefs." It's a taster's paradise where guests are able to sample fares from several celebrity chefs' restaurants and gourmet wineries.
Participating chefs and eateries this year include:
- Wolfgang Puck from the Wolfgang Puck American Grille
- Bobby Flay of Bobby Flay Steak
- Michael Mina of SEABLUE, A Michael Mina Restaurant
- Michael Schulson from Izakaya, A Modern Japanese Pub
- Stephen Kalt from FORNELLETTO Cucin a & Wine Bar
- Geoffrey Zakarian of Borgata's The Water Club
- Romeo DiBona from the Old Homestead Steak House
- Ron Ross and Thaddeus DuBois, Borgata Executive Chefs
- Peggy Fleming's Fleming Jenkins Vineyards & Winery
This year, each celebrity chef's restaurant will receive their own cooking station, so that guests can mix and mingle as they see fit. Many of the items available for sampling will likely be signature dishes from the restaurants' menus, as well as a specially-picked selection of Borgata's 24,000 vintage wines.
"Savor Borgata: An Intimate Evening With Borgata Chefs" will be held on Saturday, November 7 at 7:00 p.m. at The Water Club. Tickets are $125 per guest, and can be acquired via The Borgata's official website.
