Wolfgang Puck Food Processor Here is a useful addition to the kitchen arsenal, excellent when you need to prepare substantial quantities of chopped, sliced or shredded products for your recipes.

This unit, available in blue, white or red, has some convenience features unique to the genre. There is a storage drawer right in the unit's base for the spare blades. Also the cord can be retracted into the base when not in use. The main selling point of this machine over other food processors would be the chute that allows the "continuous flow" of product right out and into your container, as an alternative to filling the processors 4 cup bowl. The chute is high enough to fit a good sized container underneath, for large quantity operations. Keep in mind that at fourteen inches high this unit stands as tall as a typical blender.

An on/off switch or a momentary "pulse" button activate the machine. Along with slice, shred, and chop; this advertises the ability to "mix, knead, puree, and emulsify". Although the two reversible blades included are the "disk type" meant for- and labeled- chopping and shredding.

The Wolfgang Puck people may be over-reaching a bit here with the abilities of this processor. Regardless, it has the features, colors and convenient design that many will find attractive.
