Zojirushi Premier Airpot The Premier Airpot from Zojirushi has such an efficient design and high insulation rating that it can keep a pot of coffee or hot water for tea piping hot for 24 hours. Often used in fine coffee shops to dispense house brews, you can now get the same energy efficient convenience of an Airpot at home.

The 74-ounce brushed stainless steel Airpot works equally well for hot or cold beverages, but where coffee is concerned, different brands survive long storage times better than others, and you'll need to either experiment or depend on the advice of friends for best results. For the hottest brew, heat the pot first with a half filling of boiling water, pour that out after a few moments, and refill the Airpot with hot coffee.

The pump button in the center of the dispenser lid streams coffee directly into the cup with very little chance for error. This completely energy efficient appliance is also easy to clean, although it will require some pumping to thoroughly wash the interior of the dispenser.
