Known for such show as "Iron Chef" and "The Next Food Network Star" as well as many best-selling cookbooks and successful restaurants, celebrity chef Bobby Flay is set to debut another series on the new Cooking Channel this weekend. And it's all about (wait for it)... Brunch.

Turns out, brunch is Bobby Flay's favorite meal of the week, and he wanted to share some of his own family recipes along with his take on both classical and modern breakfast cuisine. The show is being filmed at a kitchen setting in The Hamptons, and is called "Brunch at Bobby's." Viewers will get to experience Flay's passion for brunch firsthand with recipes for savory dishes, sweet treats, and even a drink or two.

The series premiere will take viewers on a tasting trip to Mexico. While living it up south-of-the-border style, Flay will make huevos rancheros with chorizo and a spicy tomato & red chili sauce, ranch eggs over fresh corn tortillas and spicy home fries, and his own version of a Bloody Mary margarita called a Sangrita.

"Brunch at Bobby's" will premiere on Saturday, October 16 at 2 p.m. EST.  In the meantime, viewers who want an instant-gratification fix of brunch a la Bobby can head over to the Cooking Channel website to print a sneak-peek recipe for his Pain Perdue with Fresh Peaches and Vanilla Butter (pictured above).
