This year's Great American Food & Music Fest takes place next month in both East Rutherford, New Jersey and Foxborough, Massachusetts. More information about the festival, specifically local restaurant involvement, is still on the way. But for now, the list of headliners should be enough to make anyone's eyes and ears water.

Celebrity chefs scheduled to make appearances at both locations include Southern cooking maven Paula Deen, "Ace Of Cakes" pastry chef Duff Goldman, "Top Chef" judge and current "Outstanding Chef" James Beard award winner Tom Colicchio, Food Network's Pat and Gina Neely from "Down Home with the Neelys," and celebrated wine expert Gary Vaynerchuk from Wine Library.

On the music stage, this year's artists are serving up some jazzy, bluesy "soul food" as well. Entertainers Melinda Doolittle (American Idol Season 6 finalist) and New Orleans' own Buckwheat Zydeco (Grammy-nominated zydeco musician) will be performing at both locations. Southside Johnny & his jazz band, the Asbury Jukes, will perform at Boston's festival. And Texas native Bob Schneider will bring his singer/songwriter stylings to East Rutherford along with indie band ...soihadto..., in which Duff Goldman is lined up to be the featured bass player).

More information about times and tickets can be found on the Great American Food & Music Fest website.
