The "Wine Pairing Dinner: Passing of the Toque: A Chef's Collaboration" will be hosted by chefs Josh Wahler and David "Superdave" Gordon.

Chef Wahler may be known to most as a contestant on season 3 of Hell's Kitchen, after which he garnered even more successful culinary praise at New York City's Spice Market and South Beach's Nobu. Today, he is the Executive Chef of 5300 Chop House at the Blue, a resort club in Miami, Florida. The restaurant prides itself on using hand-cut meat, fresh-caught seafood from Florida waters, and locally-grown fruits and vegetables.

Chef Superdave is a renowned culinary artist and is Miami's only Chef Winemaker. Calling his establishment SUNBOXeleven a "restaurant" would be an understatement. It is both an elite-Californian winery boutique and an avenue for experiencing "performance dining," one of the first of its kind.

During the "Wine Pairing Dinner," guests will be able to enjoy both chefs' collaborative four-course dinner paired with an exquisite wine tasting from SUNBOXeleven's Limited Edition 2007 Collection. Wahler and Superdave will also be on hand to discuss the influences and inspirations that helped them create each coupled masterpiece.

The "Wine Pairing Dinner" will be held at Wahler's 5300 Chop House in Doral on Thursday, May 28, from 7 - 9:30 p.m.
